Sherry Windsor has been an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics specializing in skin care, makeup consulting, image and leadership development, since January of 1976. She began her career while working full-time as a nurse and part time as a receptionist in a beauty salon. "I started Mary Kay simply to earn an additional $50 to $100 per week. Within four months I was able to quit both of my jobs."

During the first 16 years of her business, during the 1980s, Sherry was a single parent, able to support her two children, Jason and Jessica, while working part time (25 hours per week) as a Sales Director, earning over $50,000 per year. As an Executive Senior Director, working Mary Kay 40 hours per week, she earned over $100,000 per year! Sherry has currently earned over $4 million in her Mary Kay career and looks forward to enjoying Mary Kay’s “Family Security Plan”, which is true financial security.

Sherry has always appreciated the 17 career cars she has earned, including the 2011 PINK CADILLAC CTS V-Coupe, which is a fully loaded, two-seat convertible!

Sherry is very proud of her National Area, which debuted in 2001 and broke all company records with 150 Directors in her National Area. That year her National Area broke another company record by being one of two Areas to achieve Inner Circle Status their first year as a National Area. Inner Circle is the company’s designation for National Sales Directors who earn over $325,000 per year. Today, Sherry's National Area includes over 94 Sales Directors in the USA and Mexico, over 5,000 Beauty Consultants, and three offspring National Sales Directors: Gloria Mayfield Banks of Baltimore, MD; Sherry Alexander of Miami, FL and Brenda Segal, of Westerville, OH.

Seminar 2011 was the eleventh year in a row that the Windsor National Area achieved Mary Kay’s Inner Circle status. In fact, her National Area has been ranked the #3 Area in the Emerald Division for three years in a row! Sherry is most proud of being recently invited by Mary Kay corporate to train the new National Sales Directors during “Scholar Week”, in Dallas on Mary Kay’s "Ethics, Principles and Traditions."   She is also on the NSD Inner Circle Advisory Board that meets with Mary Kay Corporate staff.

Time to spend every minute possible with my two adult children, and my five handsome grandsons, Tyler, Austin, Bryce, Stone and Phoenix, my one beautiful granddaughter Lillian. I so appreciate a luxurious life-style with a lake-front home in Minnesota and a poolside home in Palm Springs, California.
